Current Availability

We have immediate opportunities in our Limassol office for full time salaried Customer Service Representatives able to work afternoon shifts with rotational weekends/holidays. Candidates will be responsible for assisting our customers via phone and email as well as preform moderation of members’ profiles for possible fraud, breeches of our Terms of Use, etc. Candidates can expect to become well versed on our billing practices, website features, company policies, etc. in order to answer our members’ concerns.

Language Skills

Must be proficient to speak, read and write in both Croatian AND English. Additional languages would be an asset.



Candidates will need:

• To be able to work independently with direction to meet strict deadlines and targets
• To be able to think quickly in their additional language
• The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• An attention to detail and good trouble shooting skills
• Above average computer and Internet skills - particularly regarding typing, working with various Internet browsers, and the ability to learn and navigate new computer applications quickly

Candidates must currently live and be legally able to work in Cyprus
